Thank you for visiting our website  to obtain more information regarding The Jubilee Race for Life 5K and Fun Run/Walk and our organization.

Bayside Medical Missions is a non-profit organization based in Fairhope, Alabama which provides orthopaedic surgeries in underdeveloped countries. Our volunteer physicians are committed to helping all of those who are brought to us for help. The La Vida Surgery Center in Portoviejo, Ecuador is scheduled for completion in November 09.  A major annual fundraising event for this is the Jubilee Race for Life, a 5K Run and One Mile Fun Run which will take place this year on September 26, 2009 during DaphneÕs Jubilee Arts & Crafts Fair.

We are seeking Corporate Sponsors for this event and invite you to participate at one of the outlined levels under the Sponsorship tab.    Sponsors will not only receive recognition as explained in the different levels, but more importantly, will be making it possible for people to receive medical help who would not otherwise ever receive it.

All physicians, nurses and paramedical personnel cover  their own expenses.  Board members personally assume administrative costs.  Therefore, all funds received as donations are used directly on the projects, meeting the medical needs of the people we serve.   Please take a few minutes to view the photos by clicking on the ÒPresentationsÓ tab.

A child with a skeletal malformation is challenged to lead a normal life. His disability affects his capacity to play, interact with peers and go to school. His self-esteem can be affected and his opportunities for being a contributing member of society are limited. After surgical correction, it is heartwarming to see the smile on a childÕs face, and the gratefulness and joy of his parents.

As a major fundraiser, the success of the Race  is crucial in meeting the financial goals of the surgical center project. We depend on the generosity of corporate sponsors and individuals.

We ask you to consider participating at the highest level possible for your organization and thank you in advance for your consideration.

                                                            Sincerely,
